Full day preparation 

The Prepare to Birth Workshop is a full day session, taking you through all aspects of labour & birth, equipping you with the knowledge and skills needed. These sessions are tailored to your personal needs and take place in the comfort of your home on a day and time to suit your needs.

The 4th Trimester 

This four hour session is designed to prepare you for the first few weeks of life as a new parent. Preparing and learning skills ahead of the birth will help make the transition to parenthood that little bit smoother. This session is designed and tailored around your personal needs and takes place in the comfort of your own home at a time that suits.

5 Week Childbirth & Baby Preparation   

 Session 1

  • Hopes and Fears around birth 

  • Facts and Myths – busting all those rumours and stories     

  • Physiology of birth and the hormones involved

  • Pain relief – Natural forms and pharmaceutical

This course consists of 2 hour, weekly sessions over a five week period. It is jam packed with information and skills for you to use in a theoretical and practical way throughout your labour, birth and early days of parenting. This course takes place in the comfort of your own home on a day and time that suits your needs.

Birth Options 

This 2 hour session is tailored to high risk pregnancies to focus on your individual needs. Talking  through  the recommended guidelines, to help give you an understanding of the options available to you.  Leaving you with a personalised birth preference document.
